Very freindly staff and service was great. Evening meal was excellent and our complements to the chief - kitchen and resturant staff. Pre dinner drinks in the bar with the pianist as background music was very relaxing. The bed was comfortable and bedding weight was perfect for the climate . We would definitely recommend to others. Few mins walk from city centre. Cosy and clean but a bit outdated. Nice large swimming pool and spa. We had multiple rooms and unfortunately our room 103 had really terrible beds, the double was soft and sagging and the single, we could feel the wires through the mattress, we had to check out early because we could not sleep... Stayed in one of the three bedroom suites. We stayed in the 'Penthouse' which we had to enter from another door. This area was dirty and never cleaned during our stay there. Our room had a very unpleasant permanent smoke smell.
