The location of the hotel is excellent as it is very close to shops & restaurants in CBD. The receptionist is very helpful and friendly. However, the hotel is very tired.The owner/operator needs to refurbish the hotel immediately as there are a lot of choices within the area. more

The Armitage is in a very central location for the bar & restaurant quarter of Tauranga. The decor in the hotel is slightly dated but this does not detract from the cleanliness of the hotel or the friendliness of the staff. more
