We stayed for one night 28 December 2011 but have stayed on several previous occaisions and would not stay anywhere else in Tauranga. The hosts have brilliant inter-personal skills and can relate to everyone.The rooms and furnishings were meticulously clean and presented. Top 3 star + in New Zealand and should be rated higher.

stayed for one night, room was clean and had lots of sky channels, the heated pool was a big draw and i was not disappointed, friendly staff heaps of towels, there was even a tramp and wooden playground for my 5 year old a metre from my door.
