Stayed three nights in January with a cooked breakfast as part of the deal. Found it to be good value with everything clean and tidy. Had view of lake from ground floor unit which had a separate bedroom. Cooked breakfast delivered to room, piping hot. Will definitely stay here on future visits to Taupo
