I liked its clean, modern interior. The owner put us in a room with a view of Mt Egmont, which was nice. The tv was pretty small though, but overall best motel of the trip!

Husband and I stayed here just prior to Easter for two nights. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Fitzroy Beach Motel for three nights and were highly satisfied with all of the amenities. We found the quality excellent and the location quiet and convenient. The only down side was the weather so if we are ever able to return to see Mount Taranaki we shall definitely choose this motel for our base.

This is a great motel. Very clean and new with lovely bedding - I always appreciate good cotton sheets and comfy pillows, and these were surprisingly good quality for a motel. Exceptionally clean rooms, high standard of decor, modern, light, quiet and fully stocked kitchenette. Bedding was fabulous (high thread count and so so soft!) and beds and sofa beds really comfy. Very friendly helpful owners and very close to the beach.

Nice and new hotel. NIce and friendly owner. Location not too central though but if you drive, its fine as New Plymouth's not that big.

We recently stayed there for 1 night, Steve very friendly and the unit was lovely - spacious, modern, clean and comfy. Would definitely stay there again
