I traveled around NZ and this motel was my the best choice. The room was clean, and everything was available at room. I think even for a long stay this place should be great. NPM was a small town anyhow it was located 10 min walking from the city centre. The lady who runs there was really helpful. Fully recommendad.

We were looking for a motel in a quiet street in New Plymouth but after an hour of driving round, searching the internet and using our motel guide books we couldn't find one that wasn't on a busy road. Our three night stay was very enjoyable. Owners were welcoming and friendly and the room was attractive and homelike. The personal touches such as robes and top range of teas and coffees were very much appreciated. An added bonus was the lovely clean laundry failities. A must stay on any future visit to New Plymouth.

Stayed 2 nights while in town for a marathon. Room was extremely clean and well equipped for our needs. Front desk very friendly and helpfulll. Even the cat was sociable! Unit was serviced in a very short time. Motel well placed to most amenities. Would highly recommend to other travelers.

We stayed for one night and could not fault this motel. Excellent all round. We would definitely stay at this motel again.

One of the nicest cleanest Hotels I have ever stayed in,lovely personal touches right down to the delighful toiletries in the bathroom to the top range of coffees in the kitchen,felt very welcome by the lovely owners.

Really nice place to stay. Very clean rooms. About a 10 minute walk into centre of town and only 3-5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket Nice extra touches, such as bathrobes and a list of local restaurants you could order food to be delivered . Friendly and helpful owners and good value for money!
