Fantastic stay here the host Alan was exceptional, extremely helpful gave us lots of advise on all the attractions in rotoura and was really friendly really made our stay . the lodge it self was a home from home it's is very clean and relaxing I would defiantly recommend it to any one staying in rotorua Many thanks Alan

Rooms were clean and tidy. In a great location only 5 minutes walk from the centre of town and had a large supermarket across the road from it. I stayed here with four other friends and from the outset the owners were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here.

Victoria Lodge was a wonderful place to stay while visiting Rotorua. The room was clean and neat. The bed was comfortable and Prue and Alan were the best. They were very friendly and helped us plan some exciting activities while we were in Rotorua.

Stayed in victoria lodge Alan the owner coukd not do enough for you so if ever in Rotorua stay here i would again friendly, clean, and a decent price and most of all very helpfull staff plus every room as its own little hot pool lovely to relax in at the end of a busy day

Nice units - not spacious but have everything you need. Very clean Hosts were friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable about local attractions. Near to town centre so no problem leaving car and walking Would certainly stay here again if ever in Rotorua in future

We stayed here for one night to have a convenient base for exploring Rotorua. The room had all the necessities (fridge, coffee supplies, comfy bed and linens), the bathroom was nice and modern and the outdoor "spa" was something we looked forward to at the end of the day. Lovely place to stay, owners really lovely and nice and central could walk into town down to the lake etc, hot tub was quirky had to climb through the bathroom window, made it even more fun, highly recommend for others to go and stay
