A friendly well appointed Motel. Have stayed here a number of times and find it lovely and no complaints. Always been clean and tidy and the swimming pool is brilliant. Easy walking distance to town and good restaurants. What more do you want.

Thousands of bugs, broken windows, spiders in every corner, old facility n the most expensive motel around the area.

very close to town lovely walk distance, what more could you want for a short stay, very friendly owners with a good knowledge of the area, at an appropriate cost. Gets a bit noisy at times but this close to the centre of town what can you expect. Jan Harris Auckland

This place should be avoided at all costs! It's old and tired and decrepit and a waste of money and the owners are crazy!

So close to town, we walked everywhere. The proprietors were very friendly and knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Pretty budget but has everything you need to be comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

This motel is budget but is in an excellent location only 5 minutes from the lake front and walking distance to town and restaurants. We walked both nights for dinner. Had a swim in the pool which was lovely. Quite noisy at night. Bed wasn't the best but okay for a couple of nights.

This motel is nothing fancy but for $110 per night for a room sleeping 3, it was good value. The best feature would have to be the location. Close to the lake-front, 5 min walk to Govenment Gardens, 7 min to the Polynesian Spa and 7 min to the town centre, it's close to all the action. There's a great... More

We enjoyed out stay very much. The room was lovley and was the private pools. The owners were very friendly, booking shows for us, they couldn`t do enough. We have always found Kiwi`s very friendly but the owner`s of this motel were very helpful and pleasant.
