Spent 3 nights 4 days in March 20012. Hotel basic, clean, staff pleasant and helpfull. Wireless internet at 9.95 per day ridiculous

passing through and decided to stop in Rotorua.Made last moment booking at the Quality Inn on Fenton . Awesome room ,helpful friendly receptionist. Directly opposite supermarket,however no cooking facilities in the room i had. Not even microwave. Road noise on fenton st didnt bother me....in fact never noticed any noise. i would stay again here again.

the hotel staff were friendly and talkative cheking in and out was easy we booked in a room with spa the room were clean and comfortable there was visible brown stains in the spa that looks like rust from the spa pipe but could be washed of by running water

Great hotel right opposite supermarket and close to town. Bargain price as walk in rate. Neat clean and friendly staff. Nice big new room. Definitely would stay again

Nice pleasant accommodation handy to supermarket and shops. Getting a wee bit dated but good value for location. Reception excellent with accommodating staff. Would not hesitate to stay again when passing through Rotorua.
