Good hotel if you need to stay in Rotorua. We spent 2 nights which was plenty to sprout of area and thermal areas etc. Rotorua is not best place in NZ. More

Great place to stay. Spent Christmas at the Hotel which was very enjoyable. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Had a lovely room facing the lake. Our room had a balcony which you could open the door and sit and watch the water birds living out on the lake. Will be back during the year. More
