Comfy room, quiet but close to restaurants and lake. Use of nice guest lounge and relaxed breakfast time just help yourself when you are ready up to 10am great! Parking right outside only stayed one night wish it was longer.

We liked the location of the hotel, as it is very close to both the lake and downtown Rotorua. Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast in the morning was simple, but the perfect start to our long day of driving.

Lake Lodge B&B is in a great location and if you are lucky enough (as I was) to have the room over looking the lake a great view too.
