As they are all individually owned but managed by one company, it's worth checking certain things such as whether there is internet access or SKY (ours had neither but wasn't too huge a problem) They all have balconies, and there is a view, but not... Superbly furnished apartment just outside the main Paihia town - copule of minute drive or 15 minute walk. Absolutely spectacular accommodation with fantastic views. Loved it and would definitely return if lucky enough to visit New Zealand again. More

WE found this to be a really classy and peaceful apt. [no passing early hr. revellers!] the pool is full sze ,well heated and equipped.The actual apt was very well equipped, spotlessly clean, loads of top qual. linen.Superb bath/shower rooms and comfortable furniture. More
