I stayed for the weekend at the old villa and also had my 50th Birthday at the Old Church for 50 people. Really amazing place, great organization and exceptional attention to detail. This venue is streets ahead of anything I've experienced or seen in Hawkes Bay and is certainly the No.1 venue for both accommodation and food and beverage!!. Thanks... More

“Who needs Tuscany or the South of France, The Old Church Villa has it all”

We arranged two nights with some friends at the Villa and arrived not knowing what we would encounter. We were meet by Mel and her friendly staff and shown around the Villa. From the front door to the back we were taken on a beautiful journey. A number in our party, including ourselves, are hoteliers and enjoy the fine restaurants... More

We spent the weekend down at the Old Church Villa with some friends as part of a 40th celebration. We had dinner on the Saturday night at the loft in the restaurant. The Villa itself was amazing with everything you should need for a great stay whether you decide to stay in and cook or want to be catered for.... More
