I felt the bathrooms very small and need to be upgraded... Shower over bath with tap behind glass water shield really hard to get to the tap and turn it on.. Separate shower would have given 100% rating..

An absolutely ideal location right in the center of the CBD and very close to the cassino if that is your place to make money. Amazing place, no major views unless you get room 146,246,346 or 446 which is a corner view of the whole city. You have to pay to use the street carparks, you have to pay for internet and you have to pay for food delivery!

I was disappointed with the Novotel. When I first made contact I was quoted $180 for a room, which is on the high side but the location really suited. Great Hotel, good location in the centre of Hamiton . Exceeded all expectations . Rooms were nice, clean with everything you need. We will definately will be staying again. I liked the Decor in the rooms, it was not plain nopr over done . The bathroom was not dated and i really like the extra seats/louger in the room.

A good hotel in a great location. Right in the middle of the Hamilton City Centre with a nice walk along the Waikato River just at the back of the hotel. We recently stayed here with family whilst traveling through Hamilton. The hotel was very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were standard for a hotel of this class - comfortable and inviting.

I enjoyed every aspect of my stay, the staff, quality of facilities and food were all excellent and would not hesitate in staying here again. Even down to sharing the lift with Todd Blackadder. Most enjoyable stay wish I could of stayed longer.
