My wife and I stay in town atleast once a month, usually at the Sky City Grand or Langham. We had heard great things about the Westin, now Lighter Quay so deceided to give it a try as our base for New Years Eve. No restaurant, no bar, no minibar etc etc etc. Very disappointing. More
