What else can we say ? The view from the top floor is impressive as well as the design of the appartment. The mattress is very bad, after few hours our lower backs were hurting. The service from the lobby staff is one of the worst encountered in 5 years. Perhaps they are not properly trained.... Lessons to be learned... more

Me and my baby son stayed in a 2bedroom apartment for 6 nights. The service was friendly and helpful - they prepared a baby cot before we moved in and answered all questions I had. I just stayed at Oaks Residences for 4 nights travelling for business. The complex is only a few blocks from Queen St and about a 10 minute walk from the viaduct and had secure carparking.
