“very pleasant”

stayed here for wedding anniversary treat. Had a small suite. Room was modern and clean and bed was luxurious. Rooms however were rather noisy, perhaps thin walls - you could hear people next door talking and walking around but this was not a big deal. Breakfast was good, dinner option in Hectors restaurant, highly recommended.

“Nice Hotel”

Nice Hotel. Restaurant for Breakfast and Dinner was good. Nice food and good service. Friendly staff and a good location. The free valet parking was also great to have. Unfortunately the rooftop pool seemed to be closed at the time of our stay.

“Great stay with very good beds”

Great hotel. Wooden floors a little noisy with the ladies high heel shoes, Breakfast very good with good selection. Beds send you into a dream so good. In all it was a very good stay. Gym and pool good little noisy when children laughing but no trouble.

“Decent experience”

Fulfilled our request of two queen beds at short notice. Room was clean. Fruit basket and free bottled water upon arrival. Centrally located. Unique looking hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. Great options, fresh and good service. Definitely would stay again.

The Heritage is central Auckland, so close to lots of good restaurants and bars and the waterfront.
