Booked the spa room..Bathroom was huge shampoo soap towels supplies.Spa big enough for 3 so could splurge out.Room itself was huge and the view from balcony awesome..Have rebooked again can't wait to relax in the spa and view from balcony

This time of year is a pretty busy in Perth and as such I struggled to find a hotel! However this motel came through and to be fair I was relieved! My room was a smokers room and right on the road, so a bit noisy in the early morning with the traffic. Front desk very friendly.

Stayed here January 2011 for 4 nights. Room was clean, and was actually able to get a smoking room (unheard of these day). Was great value for money for $130 a night and close to airport. Staff were all great.

We stayed here just for a night whilst in Perth and had the Spa room. Was very roomy and had all that was required (Shampoo, soap, bubble bath) except facewashers. Very basic accommodation. We were only staying one night and it it everything we needed. Huge bathroom with double vanity. Was much bigger than the rest of the rooms. Had all the basics that we needed. Would stay again just for the need if needed for transfer to airport as it was fairly cheap.

Very basic, mostly clean, room. 160 a night is good value for a conference when the place is booked out. Good 15-20 minute walk to burswood convention centre, further away than I'd hoped. No supermarkets within walking distance. Wifi is very expensive, no real business facilities.

Pretty basic hotel. No restaurant, no shampoo, no mini bar. Only soap and towels supplied. Nearest restaurant is a 6 minute walk away. Only refreshments are from vending machines. The Great Eastern is one of those places where depending on which side of the building you stay in, effects the type of sleep your'e going to get, BIG TIME. Since my last stay in this hotel, the prices have significantly increased, but the service has not. For $160 a night, you don't even get complimentary shampoo and conditioner. You are merely supplied with toilet paper, two bars of soap and one pillow each. The hotel is very clean, but the cleaning staff can be very noisy in the mornings.... More
