Close to Perth city centre and swan river (10 min walk each way). Clean hotel with big room, balcony and great views. Bathroom very basic and poor shower but met needs. This hotel is very convenient for the Mount Hospital as it is next door. A bit difficult to get too as is on a one way road into the city. Try to avoid arriving/leaving a peak traffic times. Great value family hotel, excellent value for money. CAT (free) bus stps outside so getting around Perth is easy. Kings Park just above which is gorgeous. Food above average, good helpings. Clean, helpful staff.

Whilst this hotel was a little run down and old, the staff were friendly and helpful. The prices for breakfast were very reasonable and the food was quite good. There was parking on site, albeit limited, but I managed to get a park each night.
