This place has a lot of potential...... BUT.... its dirty, its loud, its overrun by Irish, whom I usually don't mind, but they only socialise with their own and generally make idiots of themselves. Unfortunately we stayed at the Underground Backpackers in Perth because it had cheap rates. It is full of drunken, loud and rude male construction workers, who live there permanently.
