Check in was fine. Staff were friendly. Rooms are not 5* rated. Walls scratched and/or dented, soap scum in the shower, rusted shower head, mould growing along the walls. Floor not vacuumed. Rubbish from previous stayer still visible in room. Second room I was given was not much better. Floor could use with a good vacuum, walls could be repaired.... More
