Glad I paid a low price. Got this room as a wotif mystery deal. Room was good I paid a small fee to be upgraded to a king. Room service overpriced and was very poor. Polite service though. Would I stay again? Maybe.

Stayed on 5/06/13. Was told I couldnt check in early (9am), as usual checkin time was 2pm. My fault for not checking, but 2pm seems very late to check into a room for one night. Whilst my room wasnt ready at 9am, I was offered an 'upgrade' to a balcony room for an extra $30....hmmmm...interesting how the cheaper rooms arent... More

I have stayed at this hotel on previous occasions and would do so again. Ideally located central to the CBD and Hay St Mall, great river views, and friendly helpful staff. In-house dining is excellent and all-in-all another very pleasurable stay. Thank you Novotel Langley until next time.

I have stayed in a lot of Novotel's and this unfortunately is the worst. I will finish with the good points for balance, well will try to. Stayed there last weekend. Everything was good. Friendly helpful staff, good location, clean rooms. We are from Country WA always nice to have somewhere reasonably priced and close to where we need to be (Cirque de Soleil) and (Jersey Boys) at Crown Theatre. Will stay again.
