Stayed one night in king suite. Very big and amazing bed. Overall very clean and tidy bu hotel old and in need of refurb. Would stay again.

We stayed here for one night, but I can confirm that the staff are very friendly. Our kids received a little Hilton "show bag" on arrival, I've never seen that before but they loved it. We booked the Parmelia Hilton in Perth as a mystery deal on Wotif in December 2011. We have stayed in a lot of hotels in Perth but the service and friendliness of the staff at Parmelia was so much better than any of the other hotels. The room we had was lovely and we would anytime book this hotel again.
