Good location, yet the service is poor. Booked agreeing on the double room for $150, however they offered a twin. Not much sense for us, who were a couple, getting away to Perth for a romantic vacation. locatio of the hotel is good.. service provided by the staff is excellece... room is spacios and clean... free internet access at the business centre...beside providing 2 pc for use,we can bring down our laptop and plug in the Lan cable without any charges. more

The Crown Plaza is perfectly situated. My "upgraded" room was modest but had a small balcony looking out to the pool and the Swan river. It would be ideal to be on a highler floor, say above level 5.
