Stayed in a one bed apartment whilst on business. Room was superb, had a spa bath, very clean spacious and a balcony over looking the pool. Comfortable bed. Unfortunatley the Oaks lets its self down the Pools are closed at Sunset so after a long day there is no welcoming swim. The food was very average and bland. However the rooms were quite good and the staff absoutley did what they could but unfortunatley it has a mining camp feel to the motel.

Called into the Oaks on 26th April looking for a room for the night, the receptionist was really nice. Booked us into a queen room, then upgraded us to a spa room. The room was perfect, the bed so comfortable and the spa to die for. Will be staying again.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Was ok with a pleasant team on the front desk. Felt the product did not reflect the price you pay!!! I would not bother booking a pool room as you are really not there that much.

Certainly a change from the old 'Tropi' - big, clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent pools and laundry facility, air conditioning easily coped with 90% humidity and high temperatures.
