My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights. It was fairly quiet. beds were comfy and a welcoming chocolate was on the end of the bed. Good point close to skybus station. Also breakfast was included. Poor views, difficulty in understanding accent of the hotel staff, from an english person's point of view. Bed linen had not been thoroughly checked - dry blood found on duvet. If returned to Melbourne city would look for alternative accomodation. More
