Rooms are good but service is very slow, they never answer the phone, stayed on the phone for 10 mins trying to get through just to ask where they were located and nobody answered. Stood in the reception for 10 minutes waiting while one person was trying to deal with 8 people waiting and the phone constantly ringing.

We have just returned from a week's stay in a one-bedroomed apartment. We presumed that "serviced" meant daily change of towels, etc. but it meant the apartment had a kitchen and laundry.
