We stayed in a serviced apartement on 19th floor. When we arrived with loads of bags after a stay in Bangkok no one came near us to help us with our bags, even though my husband was in a sling. Nothing over the top, from what it shows on the web site, stayed 19th floor, escorted up, shown private enterance had to carry suitcase 3 flights while conceirge walked ahead.
