We stayed here for three nights at the beginning of November as a stop over on our way home from tasmania. Our main reason for chosing this motel was that due to it being Carnival week IE: Melbourne Cup, all the inner city hotel/apartments i contacted had a minium of 5 nights stay, which was longer than we required. I stayed at the Best Western Fawkner Airport Hotel for over a week. The property is well maintained, clean, and well managed. The staff is friendly, helpful and willing to give pointers to see Melbourne.
