I liked the spacious one bedroom apartments however the apartment had a fishy smell to it, we couldnt be bothered asking to change rooms because we were there just for the night. The positive- It's a great location with a tram stop right out the front. The rooms are very large with a small kitchenette. Good, clean and large rooms. Nice bathrooms with lots of shampoo, conditioner, moisturisers and shower gels. Tram stop right out the front made it really easy to get into the city and the staff were helpful in directing us to bottle shops and grocery stores. Room had every thing you need and was great value for money. Tram stop out the front of hotel made getting around Melbourne really easy. Staff where helpful and polite with easy on site parking. Stayed for 2 nights and would stay again next time in Melbourne.

Found the location good but our stay was spoiled by our room. I stepped on a pile of toenails that were under our table so obviously the room had not been cleaned and it had a very strange smell. On telling reception about this they said sorry we will fix that but it was not rectified until the following day.... More

It was great experience with Park Regis Griffin Suites & staff. Great location & awesome value for money.... Nice dealing with reception. All in all its was awesome. All things like Service, Value, Sleep Quality, Cleanliness, Location, Rooms, Swimming Pool are good. that's why m giving 5 rating.
