I've stayed here a few times on business trips to Melbourne and will do so again. The apartments aren't super flash and show their age a bit but they are perfectly functional and clean. This is a very well run, clean and comfortable apartment. For the money you get good value. Nothing luxurious but all you need in a self-contained unit very close to the CBD. The free tourist bus is just around the corner as are supermarkets, restaurants and a cinema - cheap tickets on Mondays. All round excellent choice.
