Beautiful old hotel! Only negative feedback would be that there was noone to greet you at the front to help with bags. The staff are pleasant but somewhat seem as though they don't want to be there! No eye contact and not a lot of smiles either.

This Hotel is located close to Southbank, easy stroll into the city shops and close to Docklands.
It is a beautiful old building, huge rooms ( we actually had a small suite ) that are all separate from eachother. Kitchen upon entrance, up a few steps to lounge area then the bedroom up in the loft, cute!

Some hotels are old but nice, this one is old but old. Valet Carparking at $35 per night, and it was left outside just off the footpath. Great view of a jumbo-vision Television blaring in the window. Felt like i was at the football. Shower bath very cramped. Minibar scary.
