Good location but the whole place needs money spent. Our toilet seat was completely broken(& was not fixed during our 4 day stay after asking it to be done). Carpet torn, worn & curtains ripped. The apartments are in a great location but disappointed us in many ways. Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to MCG and 10 minutes to the City and tram stop nearby . Helpful service. Very clean, our room for 3 adults was not big but adequate, and the beds are comfy. Having your own kitchen is a bonus. Had some diffuculty getting the wi-fi. Would definitely stay there again.

As many people have commented, this venue is terrible and in need of a huge amount of work to get it to a suitable standard. Only thing going for it is its location. Look for better places, you'll thank yourself you did. Reminded us of an episode of Fawlty Towers. No need to go on...

Their website makes the place look really nice but it's horrible. Stained torn carpet, moldy windows, stained walls with paint chipping off, paint chipping off the bottom of the bath, broken toilet roll holder, holes in the walls........and I could continue! It was a real disappointment, I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone stay here!!
