Staff were very friendly but check-in was moderately lengthy due to the slow computer system. The room was very well appointed, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom tasteful. Had a satisfactory continental breakfast in the restaurant. During the visit we were regularly greeted by staff passing by. Location is fabulous!

Great position, fantastic bedding, friendly staff, shame we couldn't stay longer! Only one complaint, there were 3 of us in the room but only ever got left 2 towels, we had to ring down for an extra one each time! But overall great hotel.

The bar is in a corridor with lots of TVs paying football continuously. The restaurant is clinical with zero atmosphere except for the noise from the TVs as it is a continuation of the bar. Great hotel, service, location. Parking would be the only concern. Stayed there before with a hire car and getting to and from the vehicle was a problem. Taxi's to and from everywhere around Melbourne CBD around $8-10.00. Great weekend, loved it!! Will only ever stay here in the future.
