About 1 km from Flinders St Station and very close to VIctoria Markets, this hotel is well located for a short stay in Melbourne. The room was very basic but clean and the staff courteous and helpful. The bed was bearable without requiring a chiropractor in the morning. The view was non-existant - a close view of a high rise....

we came to melbourne for the weekend to see the roger waters concert.didnt want to spend a fortune on a hotel..we came across hotel ibis.wow if all hotels are as good as this at the price we should come to melbourne more often.the staff so friendly and helpfull.free breakfast in the bistro.so many choices we didnt know what to eat...

The location of the Hotel was excellent, walking distance to everything and very easy to get around. The staff were polite and helpful and the quality of the food was a good standard. The room was comfortable and clean.
