Very friendly check in. Asked for a quiet room and was given one (505). Room was clean and very well presented. An added plus was a TV with a large screen. Free internet. No problems what so ever. Would definitely stay there again.

It pays off to make your specific demands in writing. When we checked in we got a lower floor allocated. But we showed them our requirement and got another room on a much higher floor. Great hotel, great location and terrific staff. Would recommend and would definitely return again! Really convenient for all sight seeing and the free tram was close by. Staff were able to advise on restaurants, cafés, car hire etc. brilliant.
