just arrived back from 5 days in Melbourne - 4 nights staying at Citadines on Bourke - from the moment we arrived (5 of us) the staff were nothing more than super friendly - bending over backwards to be helpful....the room was lovely and clean, bed so comfortable - shower and toilet facilities great - (want a shower with room... Overall enjoyed our stay here. Great location on Bourke street. Rooms were clean and well presented. Nice new appliances. Only downside was our shower door didn't close properly, so water went all over the floor and the bed was two singles pushed together which was very uncomfortable. Would stay here again but only at a discounted rate.

We spent five nights at this hotel and was quite impressed. The rooms were spacious enough and clean. The shower was large but the water flow was terrible. Also the 'queen' bed was two large single pushed together. So not great for a couples holiday. Plus they were quite hard and uncomfortable. Love the kitchenette, as it saved money being... More

To be honest the hotel room really surprised me in a good way.I was not expecting a new, large and well decorated room with a massive bathroom. (although no view) I really liked the whole atmosphere and the fact the room is equipated with dish washer, oven, fridge, pan. It sits in a central location which is great to move around.... More

Stayed overnight in one room apartment facing west. Centrally located for buisness meetinf Room confortable and reasonalbly well appointed, every thing worked and no complaints. Only problem was breakfast. The hotel does not offer meals or have own resturant but breakfast could be accommodated in Japanese Fusion resturant in building then billed back to hotel. No complaints about the the... More

A very tidy clean apartment hotel.Very handy to transport and shops. We arrived early and our room was not ready but staff were very helpful and looked after our bags.We will certainly stay at Citadines next time we are in Melbourne. It ticks all the boxes.

I have stayed twice in the last month, once when in Melbourne for footy, the other time for a concert & shopping. I stayed in both a standard appartment and a larger "deluxe" appartment because we needed another bed for a child. I shop around and book online and it was a good deal both times. The hotel is very... More

A bad start in my effort to book in, my house had been ransacked the week before my holiday and therefore I had no licence as it had been stolen, so therefore no picture I.D. I did however have a birth certificate and other ID but no way was the hotel going to let me book in, despite the accommodation... More

I was placed in a disabled room opposite the lifts. Although I expected to hear lifts going up and down all night, I didn't which was good. I dislike when hotels want to take $100 from my credit card and take days to replace it, which this hotel did. There's just not much good I have to say about this... More

We stayed at Citidines on Burke Street for 5 nights Tuesday to Sunday. We decided on staying there after reading reviews on Tripadvisor and Booking.com. Our experience there was mixed with good points and more than a few bad points. First of all the location is very central which is great for walking around all parts of the city ie... More
