I found this place to be good budget accommodation close to the city and shopping. It was clean, neat and secure but is in need of an overhaul. My colleague picked this place, and admittedly the location is convenient and the price is quite good. Clearly they trade on these two factors and provided you actually never need anything from the front desk except to check in or out, it's a decent choice. Great location, walking distance from MCG and city centre. Appartments are tried and could do with a face lift, but they are clean.
