Only stayed here one night. No complaints. It's nice and modern, clean, good value and a great location next to the old IXL factory and easy walks to the MONA ferry, Salamanca and the city. On site cafe not great, but plenty of other options nearby. Staff were very helpful.

Excellent location and fabulous staff but the apartment wasn't very clean. Dried soap on walls of bathroom, nasty scum came out of bath spa vents, pubic hair in bathroom, blinds in bedroom very thick with dust. We stayed here for one night to go to an early morning meeting and found the room to be lovely, clean and modern. There was a kitchenette and breakfast bar, and it close to nice restaurants for dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

Must know this because we were caught unaware. Someone call security even if you are softly chatting on the balcony and YOU GET FINED $500. Why have a balcony and not be able to use it. I spent one night at this small boutique hotel / apartment complex. Rooms were nice size and included kitchenette, washer and dryer. Bed was comfortable.
