We stayed here while visiting MONA. It is certainly in keeping with an art tour. The hotel is of the restored industrial loft genre, It is very comfortable, and arty. Beautiful modern art in rooms and bars and lobby. Breakfast service could have been more attentive, otherwise staff cheery and most helpful.
