Where to start, The Hotel's location on the waterfront, next to Salamanca Market and waterfront Great in house Restaurant. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, comfortable and warm room. Easy walk to city centre and Battery Hill. Would definitely stay there again and recommend others do as well.

If you like to stay near all Point of Interests, Restaurans and Harbour, if you like Old Houses with Charme and very Good breakfast, than take this Hotel. Wie spent two times two nights in different and wo liked it very much.

We stayed only 1 night, arrived after a long day of driving. Staff very friendly, room clean and tidy with harbour views on the 3rd floor. Very reasonably priced $165 with breakfast included. We had an evening meal in the dining room as well, which was delicious and very reasonably priced. Happy to recommend.

We had the pleasure of staying at Customs House for three nights in September 2012. It is so well located near the wharfs & markets. This was our base for business & sight seeing. Rooms were very clean & room rate included a beautiful breakfast in their restaurant. Staff were very friendly & helpful. value for money. Will stay again.
