Our first time visiting Hobart so we really had no idea of what to expect. The weather was fantastic all week long but the hospitality at Roseneath was even better. Every morning we woke to a cooked breakfast, served between 8-9am, sometimes we even turned up at 8.50am (after a late night out) & Alain was more than happy to... more
Hi, My wife and I were intially a bit intimidated by some of the reviews that we saw online but decided to give Roseneath a try. We were definately suprised. Pity - this one is so close to very good, but the owners can't resist seeing guests as an opportunity to make every penny they can and it spoils it just a little. Good location - across the bay in Hobart. Rooms are OK. Owners ran a hotel in French Alps & husband was a chef so we thought dinner... more
