Would describe this B&B as shabby chic but more shabby than chic, would suggest that money be spent on the broken tiles in the bathroom and the poor quality bedding rather than the biggest TV I've ever seen in a bedroom. Also they advertise as a "bed & breakfast" but then tell you the breakfast is complimentary surely you've already... more

Michael and Julie have taken over an existing B&B a couple of years ago. They are a nice couple but I am not sure they feel entirely at home sharing their home with strangers. Meleden Vila is in a fantastic position(1 street from the beach) and we walked to Henley Square which has got great eating places. The owners, Micheal and Julie, were so helpfull and it was never too much trouble if we asked for some help. We have stayed at a lot of B&Bs in Europe and this place was as good... more
