The Oaks Apartments are well located, being oposite the convention centre and nearby the Adelaide CBD. There are many nearby bars and restaurants, but nevertheless there is little street noise in the rooms.. Being an apartment hotel the roms are very large and well equipped.

I stayed here twice for two weeks stays for business. Its a one bedroom apartment with laundry facilities which is fantastic when you are away somewhere for work. Absolutely awful room. The springs were poking out of the matress and most uncomfortable and when you do get to sleep there is a night club closeby which has the loudest foulest music pumping all night til 7 am. Indeed am seriously sleep deprived and most uncomfortable and very grubby . Not again .

They have over charged my credit card over $250 and have done nothing but give me the run around, played the blame game and talk rudely to me. I stayed at the Oaks Embassy for 3 nights in a one bedroom apartment. The apartment was at the back of the building overlooking Hindley St and was quiet,very clean and had everything I required. The staff were very helpful and happy to assist. A great place to stay and I will definetly stay there again.
