We stayed at the Kingfisher Bay Resort for 3 days but wish we had stayed for a week. The place is beautiful with contemporary architecture and extremely helpful and friendly staff. My wife is not easily impressed and she loved this hotel. It feels more like a lodge with eco friendly everything. Highly recommend. More

The rooms are fairly basic but clean, roomy and nice outlook. We enjoyed the 4 wheel drive tour - the guide was very knowlegdable . lake mackenzie was amazing; saw dingos up close. Main restuarant and buffet a bit $$$ but the outdoor restuarant good value. Buffet breakfast was good. More

we spent 3 days at kingfisher, nice hotel, little bit old style, girls at reception very unpolite, avoid restaurants inside the hotel (expensive and bad), go to pizza food court, enjoy the amazing island. maybe nicer new places to live on the other side of the island. check it out, but consider the tides.
