Very claustophobic room with a tiny window that looked out over a carpark, no cupboard doors, frreezing a/c and stupid low plastic chairs at the work bench. Location is good in the heart of the Palmer street dining district but wish i had stayed at the Quest that had a water view. more

Stayed at the hotel when in town for work. The place is modern, clean and fresh. The rooms are a bit small so don't be afraid of confined spaces. A functional hotel in south Townsville, perfectly adequate for our one night stay. Small room and bathroom, free parking. Across the road were several restaurants, we ate at the Mexican which was very good. Townsville itself was pleasant enough, very pleasant as a stop off point and we had a nice stroll around town—lots of building work going on though. more
