“Worst service I have ever received!”

The website bears NO resemblance to the actual property. No BBQ area by the pool. Manager not friendly at all! Rooms are well used and feel dirty. Bed and couch smelt really bad. Advertises Aircon, BUT neglects to advise it's an EXTRA $10 PER NIGHT, also advertises a dishwasher, but you have to buy the powder, not even one sachet... More

Flew in way too late one evening and had to find somewhere to stay and Coolamon was a lifesaver. “Good value for money and great location, few blocks from beach.”

We stayed there for 3 nights, clean and cozy place, nice swimming pool. The reception is usually closed but you can knock the reception door and the old lady is there to help anytime. She's very friendly and helped a lot. no complains, would stay there again for sure.

“The Perfect Family Holiday”

We arrived late and were met by a courteous older Lady. The apartment was quiet and clean. The location is fairly central to shopping and the beach. Any questions we had about sightseeing were more then adequately met by the manager. We were able to book our amusement park tickets through her. Overall as a family we enjoyed our stay.

My Partner and I stayed there about a month ago, and it was definately the worst part of our holiday. It is managed by one lady 24/7, and she is not pleasant. She is supposed to be helpful and friendly but the reception area is closed for a large part of the day, and there is no where for guests... More
