Excellent location,beautiful pools,grounds,etc, however the carpet in the apartment needed replacing.Very stained.Stayed in lots of apartments right in the heart of surfers and this one by far is a favourite. more

Stayed for 10 days in the Esplanade Tower. 3 Bedroom, 3 balcony. Fully tiled throughout and modern. Very clean, good ample parking. Kitchen spotless, all facilities in good condition except 1 toilet had a slight leak(ie kept refilling - but almost inadudible and you had two bathrooms anyway). the location is right on the surfers paradise..... you have a full view of the beach from your room or balcony...... its nice to have something right at the 13th or 14th floor..... the rooms and even the apartments are very nicely furnished..... this is a true value for money..... more
