Stayed at Spectrum Apartments at Budds Beach recently. Really lovely grounds, and the apartments are spotless. Great location and close to Bumbles Restaurant - great food especially brekkies. My family stayed at the apartments in Sept 2008, and whilst it was in a very convenient location and very well priced thanks to lastminute.com it was definatley in need of refurbishment.
