We had an apartment on the 2nd floor overlooking the garden. It was clean and well appointed and the main balcony was just perfect for breakfast in the morning or a drink in the evening. This property deserves a higher rating. Very comfortable, clean rooms, excellent amenities and surprisingly quiet location. The location is roughly half way between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach.
