Please anyone who is looking at staying here find somewhere else! It is a complete and total dump! The carpark could barley fit out car (Toyota hilux) the parks were small and it took a 20 point turn to get out as there were cars parked where they shouldn't be.. Upon getting out of the car there were cockroaches in... More

Budget accomodation with budget amenities. The room was as old as the decor in the lobby but I just wanted somewhere cheap to stay after a hard night out. The International Beach Resort is good for that. I found it to be peaceful and the $5 brekkie inclusion was pretty good. The location was excellent and the service was friendly. More

Only if you are desperate. The worse thing about this place is the reception staff. .. if you are paying $109 in Surfers for a night, you can not except too much and we just wanted a bed for one night and a clean room. Yes, it was run down and a bit a tacky, and the clientele was the... More

This place should be shut down. The lobby has no atmos, the lifts are dirty with graffiti throughout, the rooms are smelly with old carpet and curtains which haven't been properly cleaned. Only positive thing I have to say is that the view is nice as you're near the beach. Spend an extra $40 and stay at a Mantra property. More

This place is typical of Surfers apartments in the '80s and is in need of major bucks spent on it or even demolition, because it is in a prime spot. We stayed on a discounted offer, $89 including breakfast, and although this old place is in the heart of Surfers Paradise, could not see a bargain even at this price.... More

We booked this holiday on WOT IF after getting a email stating "40% off for 40 hours" so we booked our annual holiday at this place. When we arrived outside our excitment turned to disbelief and disappointment. The rooms were old, the carpets smelt, the walls were dirty and the curtains were that old we were affraid to move them... More

I have visited this Hotel many times over the years, and continue to have great affection for it. This place offers great value for money. I find the studio rooms at the front left of the resort, looking from the front, the best - superb sea views, and excellent in terms of not getting too hot during the day. I... More
